Processing Time:
     Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.  If your order contains an out-of-stock item or a pre-order, please allow up to two weeks for processing. While we make every effort to minimize delays, you're welcome to contact us at info@tallowbeautyll.com if you'd prefer to receive the available items sooner to arrange payment for separate shipping.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
     Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.

 

International Shipping:
     We currently do not offer international shipping. 

 

Delays:
     Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
     If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@tallowbeautyll.com within 7 days of delivery.  Please provide a photo of the item's condition.  We address on a case -by-case basis but will do everything in our power to make it right.
