General Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for safety and product integrity reasons. However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or troubleshooting support.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges or accept returns.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable except under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser

The card must be unused

The request must be submitted within 5 days of receipt
If approved, the card will be voided and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Gift cards or vouchers received via rewards programs, raffles, giveaways, or promotions cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Special Considerations
Whipped Tallow Balms may naturally develop a grainy texture due to heat exposure. Refunds will not be issued for this texture change if summer shipping protection was not selected and outdoor temperatures exceeded 70°F during transit.
In such cases, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since you received your refund approval, please contact us at info@tallowbeautyllc.com.
